Quick-Use item buttons

I would like to see maybe 2 buttons implemented so that we can use common items from our backpacks without having to open our bags, find the item, double click it and then hit ok every time we need more energy or health. While you're at it, how about the ability to move items around in backpacks so we can organize our bags how we like?
