What is the difference between Rolf and scruffy?

Is there one? Did anyone buy Rolf? Does he do anything new? Does he just look different?

Just found out he is capable of fetching the 20 energy rations too

Since he can get better things, do you have to have Scruffy before you can buy Rolf or does Rolf cost more skulls than Scruffy did?

Rolf cost me 135 gold. scruffy only cost me 65.

Rolf gives +50 health, +15 energy & fetches +20 energy bars.

Scruffy gives +5 health, +3 energy & fetches +10 energy beans.

Rolf definitely fetches +25% health (bandages); not sure about Scruffy though.

Maybe it's a glitch with the Kindle Fire version, but Rolf is only fetching beans. It was Energy rations earlier, but not anymore
