Providing better customer feedback on these forums. If people spend upwards of 40 bucks in an IOS game with full retail prices of games on real consoles going for $59.99, you would think we would have better customer support.
There unfortunately has been a huge backlog in the customer support this year. I still haven't gotten my tickets answered either but they get to them eventually...
As for the purchases in a free game, it's more or less all up to the buyer if they believe a game like that deserves the price of a hard copy game and purchases stuff. That's just the business, but your point is still very valid and I hope they can resolve the backlog soon.
