Looking for new team members

Hi Players.
My team is looking for 2 new members. Currently my team is on 46th ranks (dropped from 25th) in one night because of lechers. I have kicked two members who are non-active.
Need active players to join the team and aim to be in top 10.

P.S. Does anyone know if we can add players as friends in the game? If we can, let me know how? and if there is any way to communicate with them in the game?
