Raider's Last Building... Mission: Last Loot

In this mission I had completed the first 2 of the 3 tasks...
1. Enter Raider's last building
2. Loot trash can in 2nd floor office for Raider
But then like a a dummy, for some reason I forgot about the task 3 which was to loot the trash can in 3rd floor office, and left to go do another mission.
After finishing the other mission I realized what I had forgotten, and decided to go back to ''Raider's Last Building'' to loot the last trash can... but, the quest icon above the building was gone. I went to the building where I'm pretty sure it was, but the icon to let me into the building dissapeared. So now I don't know if I'm looking at the wrong building or if its a glitch. Its probably a glitch considering the quest icon doesn't even show up so...
Anyone have have this problem or have any ideas on how to solve ?

Aww that sucks haha. But in the end, everything worked out so
