Teeter is MIA

  Well, I am at the helicopter and Teeter isn't there. So I have spent all day walking between the helicopter area and the Hydratech building killing zombies because it won't let me complete the mission but doesn't give me any of the "!" signs of where to go to finish it. It says I went to the helicopter but still need to talk to Teeter who is supposed to be there. All indicators of a quest here on the map are gone. The only marker is the one above the Hydratech building which still is locked until I talk to Teeter.
  
  Help?! This is ridiculous.

  Have you tried looking the the rooms while heading on up the buildings? There's always a chance he'll be there! Another way to maybe find a fix is to scavenge through every building on the episode whilst scavenging things to make sure you didn't forget anything behind. Did you tap the blue notebook to see your objectives? That always helps if your stuck because maybe you forgot something.
  
  If none of this helped, I recommend just tapping the blue notebook and then to the episode achievements and scrolling down to end the episode and then restart it.
