Reloading weapon out of combat

Is it possible to reload you weapon while not in combat? I mean i have an AK rifle that can fit 28 rounds, lets say i have 15 bullets spaces at the moment, if i buy 10 bullets is it possible to reload without empting the whole clip? To save storage space?

    Unfortunately, I've seen no option where you can reload out of combat besides just keep shooting with it and reloading when the opportunity arises.

    I agree.. This needs to change.. We should be able to reload the second we get our hands on new bullets :p
