Can you quit the event and then re-enter?

I was just wondering if you could quit and then re-enter to try and clear the current game glitch. Has anyone tried it?

    If you quit the event, when you return you must start over. Ive gotten to level 5, where i quit and rejoin due to crashes preventing my progress

    Thanks for the info. I will keep restarting the event and hopefully be able to continue glitch fee. *crossing fingers*

    You do have all your green skulls when you start over. I have been redoing the first level to build health and energy reserves before going to the higher levels. I plan to build energy up before the event ends.
