Can a completely broken weapon be repaired?

I'm on 9 Denamp st and i really need to get to a repair shop both my weapons are red . if they hit zero can i repair them or are they completely broken?

Also where is red again to give her the med supplies?

    I don't have an answer for you but I would love to know what happens if you get to zero. I would think you can still repair but who knows.

    If your weapon is completely broken it will only deal 50% of its damage pet hit.
    You can still take it to a safehouse and repair it.
