free daily items

I'm not able to collect the daily items. Its been stuck on the same item for a few days and won't let me collect it. Any one else had this problem or know the solution?

    It shows you the prize you are about to get, but you get them every 5 days. So if it is not the 5th day, you will see the prize but there will be no claim button. It just taunts you.

    I've had a similar issue. It tells me I've been playing for x amount of days (today is day 15) and it shows me what the prize is, but I never get it. I don't think I've ever gotten the daily prize. Kind of annoying because I think my next reward is a big energy item so that would be nice to have.
