Stuck in Episode 7

Hi,

i am stuck in this episode. it says that all quest are completed (22/21)? but i still have no exit point highlighted on the map.
yet there is an "!" in 9th blake street, but when i search the building, there is nothing there to find.

i need help. thx

    I'm up to 380kills, still no working exit. Please help

    I would quit and start over. No use in wasting energy to go no where.
