I can't finish a task, because hydratech won't open. Help please!!!!!!!

    Do you have any other active quests? I remember having to move a couple scenes over for another quest which unlocked the door for me

    No, that's the only task and its not timed, so it won't allow me to move on

    Do you have the keycard? I think that level there is a person you encounter who gives you a keycard after you do a task.
