Cannot claim infestation rewards

I cannot seem to claim the infestation event reward nor continue playing the game. It is stuck at the collect reward prompt and when I click on claiming the reward it just crashes. Please fix it and let me claim my trophy. I played hard for it!!!

    The same thing happened to me so I didn't get my rewards even though I won them, the reward claiming thing froze and when I quit and came, back The claiming thing was gone I got no reward at all
