Game Crash

I updated new christmas add-on and game will not restart. Can I get everything back? I was level 26 with fire and toxic weapons. I just purchased more gold as well. Please help.

    Funny thing is, my game crashed just after i bought skulls. Unfortunately, it doesnt fix crash when i waited getting for new updates

    I have been crashing as of late myself. However I made the mistake of uninstalling the game, so now the skulls I was saving up, and all the gear I had collected, along with my character are gone.
