Inner Demons challenge - Nightmares

I have no problem completing this episode but cannot figure out how
To "confront my greatest fear" in the first challenge .

    It's in the second building, 5th Demamp Street, but you have to rescue Raider first. You can switch between objectives by tapping the notepad icon & going to the objectives tab. Tap the objective you want to do first. The objective's location will be highlighted with the "!" icon.
    I tried to change my avatar, now I can't even see my face. Kids, don't change your avatar :p
