Nightmare Event Crashed and Glu's HORRIBLE response...

I put in a ticket for my game crashing during the Nightmare Event. I play on a Kindle Fire HD and this has happened before so I was fed up and decided to log a ticket for support. I place decent in events and yet get nothing. I do in fact like this game which is why I have kept on playing hoping for a fix. So you would think Glu would respond with some kind of help or something. Nooo way! Here is the response i got... and note the second paragraph... said I am using a non glu app to help with game play?? I play on a kindle, I have no option of doing this. WTF! Nice tech support you guys got here.

Thank you for contacting Glu Mobile Customer Care. We are sorry for the trouble you have experienced. When the event ends, you will go to a completion score board, just like when you finish an episode. It is here that you will receive your rating (A-F) and you can see your ranking on the leader boards. Once you leave this screen, you will return to where you were when the event first started. You can now find your event rewards in your inventory.

If a non-valid item collecting method is detected, the player will become disqualified from the event. They can continue to play the event, but at the completion scoreboard the player will receive an "F" rating and no rewards will be distributed. Please do not implement any non-Glu programs or downloads, to expedite item collecting with our games. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the games fun and fair.

My game froze on the event ending where you get your overall grade. I got the team award for being the 9th ranked team but that is it. It froze after that and was stuck on F. We all did really well in this event i have over 2500 gems and completed almost all tasks. Please help!! I was looking forward to the new weapon!!

I am not sure on my os as its a kindle fire hd.

    I know how the event ends. I played it and got to the end and my game froze with an F. I did not install any game helpers or non glu program as you said in your response. I play this on Kindle Fire HD, I have no ability to install anything of the such. The game crashed while I was getting my grade.... I was just stating that soon as the team award was given it crashed and closed. When I loaded the game back up I had nothing in my inventory from event prizes. I think you misunderstood my problem and to be honest am quite offended to be blamed for cheating?

    Same thing with me. Got the same response too. I replied to that saying I didn't use any other programs and they haven't replied. (It's been 6 days)
    Im not even playing the current event anymore. There's no more originality in these events anymore. >.>

    They have me the SAME damn response when I didn't get my items from two events ago.. They said I cheated && I went off!! Finally someone said if phone is rooted... It's considered cheating.. SERIOUSLY!? My phone is NOT rooted.. I seriously give up.. They want my money yet they say I'm a cheater?? Piss off!

    Then this seems to be an automated response. But one that offers no help and only accuses. I still haven't gotten a response from my second reply and reopening of my ticket. I play on a kindle, it's definitely not rooted. I can't install 3rd party programs and I actually looked into that on my computer and there are not any that are compatible with the Kindle anyways. Again another point towards how much of an inappropriate response that is to give out to your customers. This use to be my favorite game. :/

    So when they gave me an automated response - and because I had spent real money - I did some checking and realized they are a company based in California and publicly traded. I threatened to file a complaint with the BBB - and this time they did refund my money. I do believe they do some false advertising so a complaint would be legit.

    I received an F on the last event and no prizes. Frustrating since I try to earn as many gems as I can and don't seem to have a lot of active players on my team. I have over 8,000 right now and have not cheated and wouldn't know how. Hope I actually get a rating and prize this time. No more money will be spent on this game if it leaves me with an F and no prizes again.

    Apparently those who actually put in the long hours to EARN his/her rewards get treated like second class citizens whereas those who pay them real money get better treatment. How predictable..

    Please check your device for any programs that could be interfering with your game. Any programs that enhance game play, or track information need to be removed from your device. Something on your device is causing the same thing to happen after every event. We have no way of changing this, because it is due to something on your device. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Real money or not, I don't think you get better treated. I think the original posting is a form letter response sent out to anyone with a similar problem. There does not seem to be much customer support with this game period and very little to no response from Glu regarding the game. The shame is, it could be a really great game and get more recognition.
