Episode 4 hydratech building

The game is telling me to rescue someone from the Hydratech building. I have done everything else. The building is locked. Help!

    Are you positive you've done everything? Did you tap on the blue notebook and check to see the goals you have left? Try going back to the helicopter to see if you've maybe forgot an objective or simply go building to building and enter every room. If I'm not mistaken, you had to scavenge a key card maybe.

    Did you kill Zombie-Finch? You have to get the key card from him in order to get into the building.

    if you have the quest to kill him, tap on the map and look for the yellow exclamation point and that's where he'll be.

    There is no exclaimation point on map...but the quest ask me to kill zombie finch where is it??

    Do you have the quest to kill him selected? It should lead you there if you do.

    Have quest but no mark i think it is a bug ... some task without exclaimation mark in the map

    I just found zombie finch right at the end. East street 25, Murphy's Law Office.

    Did you get the Hydratech keycard from Finch? I've killed him 3 times now with no keycard! Maybe some sort of bug but there's no update.

    So I've killed Finch and have his keycard. I follow the exclamation marks and Red is in front on the building waiting for me. The building isn't locked, but there is no button to enter the building either.

    What do I do now?
