Does anyone know how to get the shock weapons in the latest update?
As of the time of this post, the new Android Event has not started yet. I assume it will open up at 7 PM EST on Friday, March 07.
When it starts, you should be able to either earn or buy some of those aforementioned weapons.
However, go do the Mission and once you get to a Safe House, go to the Merchant and buy a Rocket Launcher. Those pack a huge wallop. TIP: Make sure you buy the highest level one you see; you'll get the same 4 rounds but you'll do greater damage with the higher leveled Rocket Launchers. It only costs me $2,500.
PRO TIP: As 'flclfanman' first mentioned in this thread (http://goo.gl/2naUrP), once you run out of rockets, un-equip the weapon, sell it and buy it back. Your weapon will be fully repaired AND fully loaded. This second point is especially important as they don't sell rockets (yet). (This technique applies to any weapon.) You'll need quite a bit of cash saved up to use this tip on a regular basis though...

The stats of mine are:
713 (Base Damage)
+2 (Health)
+1 (Luck)
+10 (Energy)
