Cannot connect with facebook or make a team.

I get to the log in area and when it gets to the part to accept. I cannot accept because that part is blocked from view... And when I try to create a team I cant do that either because the keyboard wont close out.

    This is what happens to me too. Have been trying for weeks to get on Facebook so friends could help me but have to play alone and can't get far that way.
