Error When Trying to Play Event

I have had the same errors when attempting to play the last three events in ZAMF. I cannot get into the special events & when I try I get one of the following errors:
"Names can not begin with a space." OR "Names can not be less than 3 letters."
My name on the game is "Lea Ann," it doesn't begin with a space, & it is obviously longer than three letters. I have looked through the settings & do not see an option to change my name. I was going to attempt to take the space out of the middle to see if it would make a difference. I would like to note that I can play the regular episodes with no issues, & I played a few of the special events before this error suddenly became a problem.
Anyone else had the issue? Any idea what I could do to solve it?

My keyboard screen comes up and doesn't go away until i close the game forcefully. Even after restarting my device i have no luck.
