    I didn't receive a reward either, apparently I was not ranked despite playing nearly 24/7.

    Unfortunatly, theres nothing you can do, and theres nothing they will do except accuse you of cheating if you send a ticket.

    I had reply from glu support team.
    They told me they will compensate my lost of the weapon.
    I think you should use the ticket to explain the situation and you must give them your game I'd for them to check.
