Another episode 9 glitch

I'm in the hospital. Cleared all floors up to and including the 4th floor 3 times. Have a key card, npc's have vanished, can't progress any further. Aggirvated...:mad:

    Thankfully I cleared 9 before the last update. I can't even start it now.
