Episode 9 Crash

At the beginning of Episode 9 "Hospitalized", each time i tried to go upstairs, the game crash and closed by itself. I've tried to restarted the episode, it still crash on the same point. Anybody know how to fix this?

    I'm having the same problem in the hospital...I have been stuck for almost two weeks...I haven't found a way to fix it yet...As soon as I try to go up the stairs at the beginning of the level it has freezes and kicks me out of the game...FRUSTRATING!!
