are there game instructions for ZAMF anywhere?

Help- my granddaughter loaded ZAMF and it looks fun, but I don't know how to play. I'm not an avid game player, but I'm tired of trying to figure out how to play. I can't find 411 on this anywhere in the game. Please, someone help me out.

    Play the game from the beginning and follow its tutorial. Learn like the rest of us.
