Epic Weapons on Special Offer during Event

Curious if anyone bought the first weapon on special, the electric sword. Would like to know if anyone knew the complete stats of it (ie level required, attack/damage rating, etc). If it's good, I might consider getting it. Guess other folks can post the other "on special" weapons here that are forthcoming during the event.

    Ok, I caved in. Here's the stats for the electric sword:

    471 attack
    50 energy
    15 health
    5 luck
    Level 28 (but any level can equip it)

    Aaaaaand, it's too late to buy it now. :p

    Does anyone know if the stats of weapons on sale during the event are scaled to whatever current level you are.

    Example: I bought an level 28 electric sword when I was level 20. If I was level 22, would I have gotten a level 30 sword with a higher attack?

    My sword got 506 attack. Bought it when I was lvl 26. Maybe its different for everyone?
