1. racername
2. date of race
3. year/make/model of car lost
4. opponent's name
that information presented like that is much more helpful than a SS
The oldest ticket is about 10 days old right now. You should receive a response before then but tickets are answered in the order in which they are received.

Most likely you were banned for too many Pink Slip races in a short period of time? Have you put in a ticket? If not then use the "?" button, as Support does the ban reviews.
What is the Racername you used to submit your ticket? The oldest tickets right now are around 10ish days so you should get a response before then. Support is the department that handles reimbursement requests.
