I did exactly the same thing. I killed every single zombie, and scavenged every single thing, and just a second ago tried walking to block 10 in episode 8––and...crash. Thanks for filing the formal bug report. Where did you do that?

Also crashing on the Mac platform. (OSX 10.8.4) Always as I walk from 9 Demamp St. to 10 Demamp St. Restarted game numerous times. Restarted the computer. Logged out of Game Centre and logged back in.

Same problem on a Macbook. 10.8.4. It looks as though the 'port to the MacOS was not seamless. Please update the game! Whatever is on Demamp St. 10 is causing the game to crash.
