HANDLES: player with 3 character names are in advantage...

If you try to find a player with 3 character namer you CANNOT (the button is gray), but they can find you... Don't you think that is advantage? Please make something, or do not let 3 character names. (try to find YRS, or E71 they are players...) you can find only from top agency list (first is in GAURANGA and second in KAVKAZ), but if they go in agency below 20????? how you can find them?????
