Pfft, I submitted a ticket three days ago (if you need help with the math, that's more than 48 hours) and I still haven't gotten a reply, so don't hold your breath waiting for a response from the Customer Care team.

But if you're a kindle player no big deal if you can't play and lose all that hard work you've put into a character, right? Because no representatives from Glu have made a single post concerning the game no longer working on Kindles.

Still no response from Glu and I did submit a ticket. Game has not worked for four days now. If Glu was a responsible company they would pull it from the Amazon store where it is still available for download but DOESN'T WORK!!

EW 3 still not working due to network access error at loading screen. Sent email to Customer Support. Would be nice if someone could post a timeframe for resolution to this issue.

Amazon updated the Kindle Fire OS to 7.4.9 yesterday. Probably why we can't log into the game. Can't wait to find what others errors or conflicts this update may have caused. I haven't been able to find any release information on the update either.
