I agree with everything you said. I can't farm him anymore...lost all motivation after the most recent slew of problems. I went down to only doing events, and now I can't even make myself use my energy during those days. Probably calling it quits unless some exciting new content comes out.

I just wanted to chime in and say that I played through all of the legendary levels again and it has not reset on me yet. It was a bit tedious, but at least I can farm Zeus again. (But tbh, I've lost a lot of my motivation lately anyway...such a grind now.)

I agree with this. Screen is too zoomed in for sure, and the range on their ice shot should maybe be less. This has always been the hardest and most frustrating event, though.

They still should tell us something...no excuses for that. "What's New" would be a good place for them to give us even some basic information.

Apparently it's too hard to issue a short statement acknowledging the problem, apologizing, saying "we're working on it," etc. Instead they channel very little info through one or two poor forum mods. The "What's New" in the game still shows the CLOAKS lol.

I was with you on trying to be civil, but it's beyond that point for me. Actually, this is still me being civil. What they are doing is literally stealing money from their customers and issuing no apologies or corrective measures on their end. That does not deserve politeness in my view.

This happened to a guild mate of mine as well. He ended up getting something like EIGHT Rares and a couple of Epics. No Legendary, either by luck or the guaranteed bonus. Glu...seriously? Seriously...just wow lol. You cannot actually be trying here. A complete and utter joke.
