• I have this problem with the palette in Ultime and have had it with the station in Sweet and Savory. It always happens after I use Super Gordon, too. Sometimes I can re-set it in Ultime by prepping something I don't need (usually chicken and red sauce works). Never found a fix in SS. But maybe there's a similar approach…

• I have not been able to access duels or Chef Arena since October or November on my Kindle Fire. Fixing Kindle issues doesn't seem like it's a high priority for the developers, unfortunately.

• I purchased the 3rd slot, used it for one duel, and it has shown up as locked ever since. So, 25 gold down the drain... I didn't even bother reporting it to customer care, they don't do anything.

• Hi Dashing Mike. Good to hear that the developers are trying to resolve this. I don't see any improvements though. I still cannot duel or play Chef Arena on my Kindle Fire.

• I play on Kindle and downloaded from Amazon. Like you, I haven't been able to play duels or Chef Arena for weeks. (Those are my favorites too!) Customer Care told me no updates were planned for Amazon/Kindle. However, there WAS a new update today, but it did not fix the duel issue.
