I'm so excited just saw what Bilal posted the release date on the other thread, I already registered myself, everyday I check playstore to see if the game was released, today I almost had a heart attack when the game's icon pop up on the list, but it was 'just' the pre-register lol

Interesting. Will the cap be available for ios users as well? I remember when Katy Perry Pop's was released, Apple players were able to get the gift some time later. I hope I'm right

The cap is currently slated only for Google Play users. I don't know what the future will bring but haven't seen any plans to expand beyond that.

I received the caps on both of my games.

Nai I also pre registered and did not get the cap! Click on your gear icon in the top left (settings) to start a message with glu. Take a screenshot of your closet under the eyeglasses icon (accessories) send glu the screenshot showing you did not receive your cap (Its supposed to be one of the first items under that tab) and they will send it to you through the in game messaging! Thats what they did for me!

My devices had a notification from the game that I received the caps. When I checked inside of the closet, the caps were there.

I'm with the same problem, I sent a ticket like almost 3 weeks ago( I wasn't playing for real yet, but I missed the cap) and they are being very regardful trying to send the cap to me, but it doesn't work both times and they just talk to me at every 7 days lol

Three is a charm, I hope!

They first replied saying I can collect the cap from my in-game message, but nothing. So I told them, and they said they sent it again and I should see it in my closet but still nothing! I'm still waiting for their 3rd reply, just like you Vats.

Glad I have someone on the same boat as me actually! I'm not alone!

Yesterday I got my 3rd reply too, nothing yet. At least the person who is attending me is really nice, not one of those 'intelligent' from KKH cusomer care lol

Might be a silly question but are you guys looking in this in game messaging:


^^ That is where I had to click to see that they sent the cap and I had to accept it through there before it showed up in my closet. I was confused at first when glu said they sent it through messages I thought they meant on the support chat we were in but its in the message area in the pic above. And if thats where you guys are checking and its not there then I have no advice and glu needs to keep trying!

Yes unique, I looked in there when they first told me but there was no message. Second time they said I should immediately get it in my closet but nope. I also checked my in-game messages just in case. Sigh, waiting for the third reply now. Thanks tho!

Today I received a reply. The reply was phrased so weirdly and went something "Can you please check if you have got the cap now, I have not added the cap to your game id. You should be able to get the cap in your game."

Got me so confused! But I went to check my in-game message and I was so happy to finally received a message from Glu.



I clicked "Great!" and it just kept loading on forever like below. So I closed it, then tried clicking again, same problem. So I re-boot my game, and the message disappeared and I still don't have my cap : (

I'm so upset.

They just decided to credit me some Bgems and send me off. They said that since they tried to send me the cap 3 times already and I couldn't receive it, they won't do it again.

I'm so sorry Nai!

Hope that the amount of B-gems was enough to you get at least a piece of clothes, cause everything is expensive and miss an opportunity to have one more piece in the wardrobe to be compensate with low amounts of B-gems isn't fair.

They have been really nice to me, I sent them screenshots this week and they promise me that the team would investigate the issue.

Hope that my story ends differently.
