Sent a ticket to customer care but they haven't responded yet? A WARNING to those who did.
Do not get your hopes up! Until now, June 18, I still haven't had a response to the ticket I sent on the last week of May. They said they're going to reimburse with ribbons, but still haven't gotten any.
until now my singles never chart. Even though they've sold so much millions already. I don't even chart on the Local Bracket!
Warning to those who want to believe GluJenn and the customer service of glu: DON'T, JUST DON'T. They won't help you, and maybe just laugh at you for spending your real cash on their thieving half-baked app.
If you're gonna play a game like this in glu, it's best not to spend a single cent to them. They've become very greedy with their ads that keeps popping up now. They have the most incompetent customer service ever!
