Why has my game not been fixed - one month of glitches

Seriously, this is ridiculous, i have submitted ticket after ticket, and was told by GluJenn this was sent to Customer service multiple times. But I still have yet to receive one email acknowledging this, and the game hasn't been fixed. I spent my hard earned money on this game, this is fraud, plain and simple.
