No Stars to Click to Complete Mission

I just started a photoshoot at Venom and there are none of the little blue stars to tap to complete the mission! I was able to invite 3 contacts, or whatever, but there is still nothing to tap. I also restarted the game but no change. It is an 8 hour mission so I hope something can happen soon.
