Customer Care is the only chance you have of getting it back. If they are not able to find it then it may not be recoverable. Cooking Dash is more difficult than some of our games and we do not recommend you uninstall before contacting us but often we can recover accounts if we have all the proper information.
The only way to get your account recovered is through customer support. I didn't see any tickets relating to daGman29. If you do not have a ticket in be sure to do so.
It is correct that only 1 account is allowed per device and only 1 device per account. I am sure the agent assigned will get to it as soon as they are able.
I didn't see a bunch of tickets on that which is what normally happens when players aren't getting points. Next time make sure you force quit and restart to ensure you are synced with the server.

Typically the wait is not as long, however for that particular task all we can do is send it to the community manager and he gets to it when he gets to it. I am sure we sent it over the same day you sent in your ticket.
When they do them they send them out in batches. It isn't automated they have to manually find the connection and then add them to the award list so that when they do the next batch it will also get the reward.
Dev team has changed the rewards to cash instead of gold. They are working on some changes that should allow it to go back so I would suggest just not collecting any for now.
While we expected an up tick for launch (modeled after the previous baseball launches) we have received more than 3 times what was expected. Unfortunately the wait will continue to be long for a while.
Normally our goal is 48 hours but our wait times are very long at the moment and some tickets could be as much as a week old. If you sent one in we will respond to it as quickly as we can get to it.
Be sure to send in a ticket. That is a new one. I haven't heard anyone getting charged a different amount than the purchase (other than when taxes and such are applied)
I can see you sent in tickets from Handsomebob and SuperLumberjacks11349 so there have been at least 2 accounts involved. Be sure to specify which team you are trying to use in your ticket.
Correct you can only add on to or reply to the one open ticket. Currently wait times are abnormally long unfortunately. We continue to do overtime in the hopes of catching up.
Unless you are doing a factory reset or getting a new device you shouldn't have a problem. I have updated mine a couple times during the beta and not had any problems.
