Wait times for VIP is just as long as any other.

Had a ticket for 3 days just trying to get signed up for vip newsletter.  Sent the info they requested and its been over 3 days now.  Crazy how poor good customers are treated

    Typically the wait is not as long, however for that particular task all we can do is send it to the community manager and he gets to it when he gets to it. I am sure we sent it over the same day you sent in your ticket.
