Update on my post.... My account reset me to the low level of 17?!?! I've been close to 18 for two weeks.......this company has serious issues and should be slapped with a class action lawsuit!!!! I want my money back!

I've been on level 17 for well over two weeks. Beginning to wonder if level 18 even exist. Not being able to advance to the next level makes one lose interest in a game.....

My issue is related to singles being broken in a different way. My single has sold roughly 50 million and I'm something like 363on the local leader board. I had 40 million in sales on a previous single and it charted in the top ten. Bottom line is something major shifted in how they are being tallied.

I had issues that I reported and the scripted response I was emailed back included a ridiculous process to submit a ticket for review. I lost real money. The way this company is conducting themselves is shameful and unethical. This is horrible customer service. I've had a ton of glitches that cost me gems money and prizes…

I earned three awards but don't know how and haven't earned anything else. I see no event quest. I've completed missions and didn't earn any event reward so how do we earn them ? Level 15 A list

That happened to me too when I linked my game to Facebook. Ironically I did it because one forum said to save your progress link it to your Facebook account. It then asked if I wanted to save my progress. I accepted yes to save cause I was under the impression linking it to Facebook would save progress if you ever wanted…

There must be a bug on my account. When I bring up My friends list just an Id number is displayed and a circle that spins like it's trying to load something. That's all that shows for my friends. I use contacts for gigs and hangouts. I'm on the a list and up until this point still have no use for friends option in the game.
