At over 1.1 billion fans it would be YEARS of work just to get to the top of the charts once, much less every time I want to do a comeback challenge. That's unacceptable.

Thank you, that was it. I had an iOS update. After that the game update showed up.

Does the update only trigger at a certain time of day each time zone? I have NOTHING either in the App Store to update or new content in the game and it is 5:50 PM here on the east coast USA.

Is this actually out for iOS?! I see on the App Store where it was updated 5 hours ago but I have not had any prompt to update my app and when I go into the game there is nothing new there. Help!

I notice down at the clothing store this morning there's a black tag with a star on it, and in the store itself there's a 'Limited Time' banner with 134 hours counting down. Is something on sale? I can't find anything new or different in the store. Anyone have an inkling what this is about?

Do I need to start over and if I do, will I get my purchases restored? I cannot advance and this is getting very aggravating.

Such great tips! Thank you! If I can posit another question: What is the best way to meet new stars? I'm seeing the same ones at all the restaurants/clubs/hotspots and want to network and flirt with some new faces but even Cannes, San Fran, etc. all stay the same.

It does, thanks! One other question, since you brought up pets. Do different/more expensive pets give more XP/energy? I currently have only the stray cat and it gives a pittance. Have bought the beach house and considered getting a few more pets to fill it with but won't bother if they don't have a bigger reward.
