Can not buy scope and start playing after reinstalling

Hi!
I think it should be a normal issue but I Ca nnot find an answer. After reinstalling the game, just starting it says it gives you free 60 credit to buy the snipper scope but I don't have them! I can not scape the screen. Anybody has some clue about what to do? Thank you very much in advance!
