60 glue credit initial gift is not true

hi,
when i started playing the game after the introduction practice , came the screen where u should by a scoop for the rifle with the 60 free glu credit.. in my case it appeared for a second and dissapeared right away. i figured out if i restart the game a could catsh it...i did saw and i mannaged to pull it throw.. yet my glu credit went down to negative 60, now i gained 58 credit via challenges. .yet my glu is negative 2.. please help
