  Mobile devices load a lot of apps in memory. at some point the device may run out of available memory to run the game and this will cause a crash. You can terminate the process of many apps running in the background that you are not currently using and then try to play the game again.
  
  We also continue to work on optimizing the game by releasing fixes and improved code when we update the app.
