How often has this been happening to you? Why didn't you take screenshots of your rank before the event ended for safety precautions? If you had done so and e-mailed them you would have been compensated. At least your points carry over to next week in another roll over event.

Last time I got rolles over even without a screenshot. I mean..how am I supposed to make a screenshot at like 4 in the morning!
