Seems after the upgrade and new levels the only time the game does not crash is when you try and buy gold. I wonder if a refund would be approved worse than ever

Don't spend any real money. They have enough advertisers. Let them use their advertising dollars for R&D. Save your money to buy a product that WORKS! Also, GLU trades on NASDAQ. They have investment dollars for R&D. Let the investors lose a buck or two. They'll quickly vote to change GLU leadership.
