Error on Global Assault - Heavy Gun - Full refund

I'm on iOS 8.1.2. iPhone 6 Plus.
On the Heavy Gun - Full refund campaign (worth 35000 diamonds) it starts ok but as soon as you run though the door nothing more happens. The only thing you hear is running and the clock is ticking.
Tried three times. Same thing happens.
Please advice.
