Hi unless I am missing something what's the purpose of the Dollars

You use dollars to upgrade you short and long range weapons only the top ter need diamonds.

Also, there are a few short and long-range rifles that you can buy for dollars from the store instead of gold. The LongShot 50 and Kraken AK-200 both fall into that category and served me well until the "Global Assault" campaign was released. I recall needing to be level 35 to buy them, so I spent a couple days pretty much just playing "Open Contracts" (the circular mission icons on the map) to build up my level.

Im with you on that, getting to the point where l don't want to play if l have to wait to collect diamonds just to advance. I'll be waiting 3 days just to get enough diamonds to go to the next level.... l know... play pvp... whatev.. I'll never collect enough gold to do any good either..... game has become boring
