EVERYTHING SINCE NEW REGION WAS ADDED IS 20 times slower. Specially PVP loading.

Can't view most new weapons and can't see prizes for this weekends PVP tournament!!!! Have over 6gb of space. It's not everyone's devices its glu!!! Will we be reimbursed for missing the weapons that were and are on sale because we can't load them??? Will we be reimbursed for not being able to watch videos for free gold or for diamonds we miss because pvp takes 20 times longer to load or we can't open up the heavy and tesla guns regions????!!!!! Why isn't GLU RESPONDING TO OUR FORUMS. IF THEY DO ITS JUST WE ARE WORKING ON IT. NEVER ANY DETAILS ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE WORKING ON OR GIVING US AN APROXIMITE DATE IT WILL BE FIXED BY. PEOPLE TAKE SCREENSHOTS OF YOUR ISSUES AND SEND THEM TO CUSTOMER CARE WITH THE A DESCRIPTION AND DEMAND AN ANSWER!!! Also do it on these forums and everyone comment and demand a resolution and restitution!!!!

some of us are having the issues,the issue will be fixed asap as our admins are saying,try to restart your device,i am also feeling bad after trying 10 times to download each region and games,hope everything will be fixed in the next update,take care

Alrighty. So we are aware of the issues and the team is working on it. We don't share dates because fixes are ongoing and can take time to rollout. There will be a new update soon, but yes, you'll need to work with Customer Care directly. We have no visibility into your account here on the forums, so posting a bunch of stuff here isn't going to do much.
