I was wondering how to get the wing parts as well; I want to build a Leviathan flying turtle!!! I have defeated a base with a Leviathan in it though, so someone has found a way to get the parts for it. Hacked version of the game maybe???

I've also already ran into a 23040 power defense about 6 hours after tier 8 was released, but I guess that can be explained with an over-zealous gold spender...maybe not? I doubt that it was someone using the free energy glitch, as the diamond rewards have decreased significantly since the version 2.0.

Actually, if you have the weapons for Tesla Rifle/Heavy Gun challenge missions, you can rack up lots of diamonds until they're exhausted. That's how I've been able to pay for most of my base upgrades, but for a full tier 8 upgrade that fast, they've probably either bought (or hacked) a lot of gold.
