Diamond limit ???

hi could any one help me when collecting diamonds i can only collect 4000 and i need 5600 to upgrade my weapons got diamonds to collect but wont let me add them to my 4000 please help me its annoying me so much thanks in advance

First of all, you need to upgrade your Base. It is better to upgrade first your base prior upgrading your weapon. Diamonds are the most important that could be stolen by other player.
