Can not buy weapon?!

Hi just wondering anyone can help and advise?
Ads said, Limited time sale for this week weapon, went into the store trying to buy but could not find these weapons? Stores have on sales for some weapons but not these. Anyone has the similar situations? Is this related to my levels?

I've encountered similar situation. The only thing we can do is just wait, sometimes it will appear after several days

I realized it happened very week. I think it maybe related to your level. If you reach level 40, weapon may appear?

I don't think it related with the level. I just reached level 41, and no such incident happen again until today, it only occurred once…as far as I remember…
